Resolving integrity concerns & whistleblower protection
LTP Labs | Legal & Integrity
At LTPlabs, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics, transparency, and responsibility in everything we do. Our Code of Ethics guides our behavior and decisions, and we foster a culture where raising concerns is not only welcomed but encouraged.
This Whistleblower Protection Statement reaffirms LTPlabs’ dedication to ensuring that any individual—whether internal or external—can report concerns in good faith, without fear of retaliation. We value those who speak up and help us identify and address behavior that may go against our values or legal obligations.
What Can Be Reported?
Anyone—LTPeers, clients, partners, suppliers, or other stakeholders—is encouraged to report concerns that may involve:
- Criminal conduct or suspected fraud
- Financial misconduct or accounting irregularities
- Corruption, bribery, or conflicts of interest
- Discrimination, harassment, or human rights violations
- Breaches of the LTPlabs Code of Ethics or applicable laws and regulations
Reports should be made in good faith, meaning there is a sincere belief that the concern is valid—even if it is later found to be unsubstantiated.
How to Report a Concern
LTPlabs offers several secure and confidential reporting channels:
- By email to hr@ltplabs.com
- By post, addressed to “Ethics Committee” with “Do not open” clearly marked on the envelope
- By requesting a face-to-face meeting via hr@ltplabs.com
- Through our online grievance mechanism
All reports will be handled with discretion, and only authorized individuals involved in managing the process will have access to the information.

Confidentiality & Investigation
We treat all whistleblowing concerns seriously and will investigate them thoroughly, fairly, and with respect for all parties involved. Where appropriate, investigations may involve impartial members of the Ethics Committee, leadership, or external specialists.
To the extent permitted by law and the need to ensure a fair and complete investigation, LTPlabs will maintain confidentiality of:
- The person reporting the concern
- The individuals who may be subject to investigation
- Any information that could lead to the identification of either party
Non-Retaliation Guarantee
LTPlabs strictly prohibits any form of retaliation—such as intimidation, dismissal, demotion, or discrimination—against anyone who raises a concern or participates in an investigation in good faith.
Any attempt to retaliate will be taken seriously and may result in disciplinary action. If you believe you have been subject to retaliation, you should report it immediately through one of the channels above. We will investigate and address such claims with urgency and care.
